2Baba urges everyone to be calm about his marriage problems with Natasha.

 The famous Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has asked everyone to stay calm about the recent arguments on social media involving him and his wife, Natasha Idibia.

In a video shared online that has been seen by many, the singer of “African Queen” pleaded with fans to stop encouraging the fight, saying it was becoming too much and was now putting his wife in danger.

In his words; “This is getting out of hand. This is a dangerous situation right now. I know what fans can do; I know what people can do.

“I am perfectly okay, and this is putting Natasha at risk. It is not fair on anybody.

“Please, I need everybody to calm down. Cease fire. We are going to resolve all these issues. People dey get issues for house no be today, but this is getting out of hand.

“Friends, family, everybody, please, ceasefire. I beg you. I am perfectly fine. I did not make that post. Please, I am okay.”

2Baba has said he had nothing to do with a post on Instagram where he seemed to ask for help (that page has since been taken down).

He strongly stated that he never made the post and claimed that his account had been hacked.

The row on social media started because of earlier news reports that the singer was briefly held by the police in the UK. This happened after he allegedly had a fight with Natasha during his tour in October.
