The situation gained attention through a post shared by a user on the popular platform X (formerly known as Twitter).
The post was a reaction to reports indicating that VeryDarkMan had lost ₦180 million due to a hack on his NGO website.
In response, the influencer voiced skepticism, noting that shortly after the news of the alleged theft broke, rumors began circulating about VeryDarkMan’s purchase of a Mercedes Benz AMG.
The influencer’s statement read: “VeryDarkMan said ₦180 million is missing because his NGO site was hacked. Today, we heard he bought a Mercedes Benz AMG. My question is: Is the money in a bank account opened for the NGO, or was it on the website? Please explain to us like we’re in primary school.”
He further called on VeryDarkMan to clarify where the money was stored-whether it was in the NGO’s bank account or on the website.

Aunty Ramota, who spoke Yoruba, confidently displayed her body to refute rumors of a failed BBL surgery, asserting that nothing was amiss.
She said: “My lovers, thank you, nothing happened to me. This is my body.”
In a previous scene of the video, the actress was shown enjoying a meal of bread and tea. After this, she stood up, spun around, and confidently declared her good health, dispelling previous rumours of hospitalisation after an unsuccessful surgery.
