The Nigerian Artist With the Best Voice, According to Don Jazzy

The well-known music producer and founder of mavin records, Don Jazzy, has stated that his former artist, Wande Coal, possesses the finest voice in the Nigerian music scene.

The boss of Mavin Records shared this opinion while chatting with fans on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.

During the session, a fan complimented Don Jazzy, suggesting he had the best and most distinctive voice in the industry. Don Jazzy replied that while he agreed his voice was the most unique, he maintained that Wande Coal's voice is actually the best.

He wrote, “Most unique I agree, best na Wande [Coal].”

Wande Coal is often considered one of the best singers in Afrobeats. Many artists, like Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade, have even said that he inspired their music.
