Organisers cancelled Burna Boy’s American tour as not enough tickets were sold.
The singer's US tour, dubbed ‘No Sign of Weakness’, has been suddenly called off because hardly anyone bought tickets.
This includes tonight’s gig (November 28, 2025) which was due to happen at The Armory in Minneapolis. Ticketmaster announced the last-minute cancellation on its website on Thursday. Another concert in Chicago on December 1, 2025, has also been scrapped.
Although the tour organisers haven't given an official reason, the news comes shortly after a public outcry over Burna Boy. He caused a stir when he walked off stage after seeing a couple asleep during his performance in Colorado.
The video of the incident went viral, making the controversy worse when the singer then reacted to critics on Instagram Live. He said he only wanted proper supporters who pay for tickets, not just 'fans'. It later turned out that the woman who was sleeping was recently grieving a personal loss.
Burna Boy confirmed the cancellation himself on Friday morning, sharing a direct link on his Instagram story that showed both concerts had been cancelled on the ticketing website.
