Elon Musk Pays $2.5 Million to Ashley St. Clair Despite Paternity Doubts

In a post on his X page, Musk defended himself, stating that he has provided Ashley St. Clair with $2.5 million and continues to pay $500,000 annually for their alleged son's support, despite the fact that paternity has not been confirmed.

"I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed," Musk posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”

After allegedly cutting childcare payments, Elon Musk faced backlash when Grimes, his ex-partner, was seen selling her Tesla, valued at approximately $100,000. Grimes claimed the sale was necessary because Musk slashed her child support payments by 60%.

“I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” St. Clair told reporters.

She implied that Musk's financial decisions might be affecting her, saying, "You can check the stocks, I'm not the only one cleaning up after his messes."

St. Clair previously sued Musk for sole custody of their child. She claims Musk has been largely absent from their son's life and has limited contact with him.

The woman claims that Elon Musk has only met their son three times and hasn't been involved in his care. She says he wasn't there for the birth and hasn't publicly acknowledged the child. She revealed that their last conversation was just before she went public with her claims, and she doesn't understand why he's acting this way. She believes it's his usual response when women speak out against him.
