Lil Poppa, Rising Voice in Florida Rap music, Dies at 25

The medical examiner’s office in Georgia confirmed that the artist, whose real name was Janarious Mykel Wheeler, was pronounced dead this morning at 11:23 AM. His cause of death has not yet been released.
Lil Poppa was signed to Yo Gotti’s record label and was well known for tracks such as "Love & War" and "Mind Over Matter." He had only just released a new single last Friday and was due to perform a concert in New Orleans next month.
