Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko is already celebrating Valentine’s Day by showing off her new partner.

The film star posted romantic photos of herself with singer Excess Van on Instagram.

She shared the pictures with the caption: “My Val came too early.”

On Valentine’s Day last year, Destiny celebrated by buying a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. Even though she was on crutches at the time, a video showed her looking overjoyed as the new car was delivered to her house.

However, the actress has faced several rumours about her personal life. Last year, fellow actress Queeneth Hilbert accused her of "snatching" other people's partners, claiming Destiny had once taken her boyfriend. In response to the drama, Destiny posted a photo with her white Mercedes, saying her car is her "happy place."

In 2024, she also had to deny claims that the husband of another actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, bought her a car. During an Instagram Live, Destiny insisted she bought everything herself and has never relied on a man for money.

A few years ago, she was also linked to a married businessman, Jack Rich. Destiny maintained she was innocent and didn't even know him. Mr Rich also spoke out, saying he had never met her or even heard her name before.
