Grammy-winner Burna Boy has openly mocked DJ Tunez following their physical altercation at the "Obi’s House" event in Lagos this past Monday.
While the exact cause of the fight is still unknown, many believe it was fueled by industry rivalries, specifically DJ Tunez’s role as Wizkid’s official DJ. Eyewitnesses claim that Burna Boy’s crew jumped into the fray before the situation was eventually calmed down.
The tension moved online when DJ Tunez called Burna Boy a “coward” and posted the phrase “All Signs of Weakness”—a clear jab at Burna Boy’s 2025 album, *No Sign of Weakness*.
Burna Boy hit back with a mocking video of himself dancing to the track "Money Constant." In a pointed insult, he changed the lyric “Ogbafia dey my side” to “Ogbafia dey for ground” before falling to the floor, laughing at the DJ’s expense.
The drama has since led to serious professional consequences; as of Tuesday, the Nigerian DJ Association has placed a nationwide ban on Burna Boy’s music until further notice.
“Burna Boy music is temporarily out of any of our DJs’ playlists till further notice,” the association said.
“Our team will carry out a proper investigation on last night’s incident that happened to one of our own, DJ Tunez.”
