​‘Don’t Let Me Die’: Ailing Actress Ngozi Nwosu Appeals for Urgent Support

 Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has issued an urgent public appeal for financial assistance amid an ongoing health battle.

 Speaking from a hospital bed in an emotional Instagram video posted on Thursday, the acclaimed actress disclosed that she has been hospitalized for three weeks and is scheduled to undergo three surgeries for an undisclosed condition. 

Addressing her supporters, Nwosu explained that her recent medical struggle accounts for her absence from the public eye, pleading with fans, colleagues, and loved ones for support during this critical period.

“My people, my fans and my family, I know that you’ve not seen me in circulation for some time. I’ve been hospitalized now for three weeks. Please, the thing has gone beyond my control. I need your help, don’t let me die.”

Though enduring severe pain, the veteran actress expressed optimism about overcoming her health crisis, while appealing to the public for much-needed support.

“I know that you people never forsake me and I know that God will always see me through, but I’m begging you, my friends and family, don’t let me die because I am going through a lot as in pain.”

Concluding her message with a prayer, Nwosu directed anyone wishing to provide financial aid to reach out directly to her management team.

“My sickness will never be anybody’s portion. In Jesus’ name, thank you.”

While the actress refrained from revealing her specific diagnosis, she previously disclosed that her treatment involves three surgical procedures with an estimated total cost of ₦30 million.
