‘As I’m dancing, I’m working’ – Gov Adeleke replies critics

 Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has addressed public criticism regarding his frequent dancing at official events, emphasizing that his penchant for dance in no way impairs his executive duties. 

In a statement posted to his official social media channels, Governor Adeleke described dancing as a long-standing family tradition and maintained that personal expression does not diminish his commitment to governance.

“I dance because in my family, we are jolly good fellows,” Adeleke said.

“As I am dancing, I am working. There is time for everything, there is time to dance and there is time to work,” he stated.

"Dancing does not stop me from working. I have delivered across all sectors,” he said.
