Inside Brymo's Shocking Confession About Past Affairs with married women

In a recent podcast interview, a Nigerian singer by name Olawale-Brymo Olofooro popularly known as Brymo has opened up about his past, admitting to having relationships with several married women early in his career. 

He revealed that his sudden fame following a breakthrough hit attracted older, often married women who claimed to be separated. 

Reflecting on these experiences, which included a fellow music star later questioning his then-wife about a suspected affair with him, the singer stated he learned valuable lessons and now counsels younger artists to avoid getting involved with married individuals.

“I met quite a number of older women who were truly married. This goes to younger artistes, stop sleeping with people’s wives. They will cut your life short. They would tell me they were separated from their husbands,” he said.

In another revelation, the artist recounted being invited by a married woman to perform at her sister's wedding, followed by an invitation to entertain at her family residence. He was fully on board with the plan—until she casually mentioned that her husband would also be present, prompting him to decline.

“She said, ‘Our baba will be there.’ I thought she meant her father, but she said, ‘No, my husband.”

“As far as I’m concerned, me going there to perform that night is me opening myself up for some crazy ritual. I just couldn’t take it, so I had to get out,” he added.

Looking back, the artist noted that the incident brought to mind a separate encounter from 2019, where he claimed a fellow music star directly questioned his then-wife about whether she had ever slept with him.

“I will never forget it. I am wicked, you people don’t know me,” he claimed.
