Peggy Ovire Celebrates Finalized Divorce from Frederick Leonard

 Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has stirred reactions across social media platforms after celebrating the conclusion of her divorce from her former husband and fellow actor, Frederick Leonard Mmaduabuchi.

Taking to the internet, the actress posted a grateful message stating, “Thank You Jesus. It is Done.” This post was widely viewed by the public as her official confirmation that their marriage has legally ended.

The announcement quickly went viral, drawing diverse opinions from fans and followers. While a segment of the public extended congratulations and well-wishes for her future, others expressed skepticism about celebrating the dissolution of a marriage.

Prior to this, Peggy had publicly called out Frederick, alleging that he was involved with a married woman who has children. She also accused him of delaying their legal separation, noting that despite being the one who initially requested a divorce, he failed to appear after being served the legal papers.

Furthering her claims, she uploaded a video featuring her ex-husband and his alleged partner at a comedy event hosted by Funny Bone, labeling the pair "shameless." She additionally warned him not to skip their Customary Court hearing on June 23rd for a second time.

In May, during his birthday celebrations, Frederick shared that he had fully come into his own, made new self-discoveries, and had never been happier. In an apparent counter-response, Peggy countered with a message of gratitude to God, stating that she had made the choice to put herself first.

Earlier in the year, the actress had already caused a stir online by asking her female followers how they would react if they discovered their partner was sleeping with a married woman with children. She pointed out the irony of the situation, noting that the man in question heavily judges and criticizes single women who date married men.
