Big Brother Naija Season 11 Returns As Auditions Set to Kick Off
MultiChoice Nigeria has formally confirmed the return of Big Brother Naija for its eleventh season, with auditions expected to commence shortly.
The announcement was released on Tuesday via the programme’s official Instagram account. Organisers teased the show’s dedicated following with a cryptic message: “Biggie is calling. Are you ready to answer? Auditions soon.”
While anticipation is already mounting, MultiChoice has not yet disclosed specific details regarding audition dates, locations, or the official premiere of the new series. Furthermore, it remains to be seen whether the selection process will be conducted physically, virtually, or via a hybrid format.
For the 2025 series, organisers utilised a tiered approach, beginning with online applications followed by in-person screenings in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu. The virtual audition system—originally introduced in 2019—was designed to streamline the process, allowing aspiring contestants from various regions to apply with greater ease.
Last season, Opeyemi Ayanwale, better known as Imisi, was crowned the winner after surpassing 28 fellow housemates to secure the grand prize, which comprised a substantial cash sum and a brand-new SUV.
