New Music Friday: Davido Drops Highly Anticipated 2026 Single ‘I Know Who I Be’

Nigerian Afrobeats star David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has released his highly anticipated new single, ‘I Know Who I Be’.

The track marks his first release of 2026, following a quiet period for the artist’s solo career. It features an exciting cross-border collaboration with South African artists Jazzwrld and GL_Ceejay.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Davido announced the launch on his social media pages on Friday. The high-energy track is now available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.

The release represents a major milestone for the Afrobeats genre, marking the first time Davido has teamed up with Jazzwrld—a pairing highly anticipated by fans given the artists' remarkably similar career trajectories. (NAN)
