Peller and Jarvis Formally Exchange Vows in Civil Wedding Ceremony
Popular Nigerian content creators Habeeb Hamzat, professionally known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, have officially exchanged wedding vows during a court ceremony, marking a significant new chapter in their widely celebrated relationship.
Footage from the civil proceedings surfaced on social media on Wednesday, capturing the couple as they recited their vows and signed the marriage register in the presence of family members and close friends. Following the release of the clips, fans and industry colleagues have flooded online platforms with congratulatory messages.
The registry ceremony serves as a prelude to the couple's anticipated white wedding, slated for August 1, 2026. Earlier this month, Peller and Jarvis initially confirmed the date by sharing a cinematic announcement video across their social media handles, sparking widespread excitement among their followers.
In the lead-up to the event, the couple also unveiled their official pre-wedding photographs, characterising the collection as “more than just pictures” and “memories before the big day.”
“Our hearts are full, our smiles are real, and we’re counting down to forever. See you at the wedding,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post.
Peller and Jarvis have established themselves as one of Nigeria’s most prominent digital creator couples, building a massive audience across TikTok, social media livestreams, and collaborative comedy skits. What began as a widely debated online romance has since developed into one of the nation's most closely followed high-profile relationships.
Prior to their civil wedding, Peller completed the traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, where he met Jarvis’ family and formally fulfilled the bride price requirements.
With the court ceremony concluded, attention now turns to their upcoming church wedding, which is anticipated to gather major celebrities, fellow content creators, and supporters from across the country.
