D’banj Becomes First Nigerian Artist to Ring the Closing Bell at the London Stock Exchange

 LONDON — Renowned Nigerian musician Oladapo Oyebanjo, widely known as D’banj, has made history as the first Nigerian artist to ring the closing bell at the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The Fall in Love singer announced the milestone on Friday via his official X (formerly Twitter) account. D’banj participated in the ceremonial event to mark the 125th anniversary of the Royal African Society in London.

Describing the achievement as a historic moment, the veteran entertainer shared photographs documenting his appearance at the iconic financial institution.
