Celebrated Nigerian actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele is preparing to premiere her latest project, Where Is Mr. Right?, on August 15. Akindele officially announced the release date via X (formerly Twitter), unveiling the film’s official poster.

Produced under the Funke Akindele Network and directed by Tunde Olaoye, the film features Akindele alongside a star-studded cast including Blossom Chukwujekwu, Baba Rex, Bisola Aiyeola, and Omowunmi Dada.

Where Is Mr. Right? will stream exclusively on Prime Video, highlighting the continued expansion of Nigerian cinema across major international digital platforms. The project marks another milestone in Akindele’s extensive filmography as both a creator and producer behind some of Nollywood’s highest-grossing titles.
